 This form is used for all recognized secondary and higher secondary schools. In addition to the aspects covered in SIF-1, the detail on the following items is collected with the help of this form:

 

  • Availability of pre-vocational courses at secondary stage; number of pre-vocational teachers and total enrolment by sex.

  • Number of teachers exclusively for physical education/physical/training/yoga.

  • Availability of school library, number of books, availability of trained Liberian.

  • Non-teaching staff.

  • Educational & Vocational guidance facility.

  • Availability of Science library.

  • Subject wise enrollment in class XI and XIII.

  • Availability of vocational stream, sex wise enrollment.
